Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States (48 states). Orders under $150 will be charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees.

Boutique Items Boutique items are shipped from our studio within 1–3 business days of order placement. After processing, standard delivery within the continental US typically takes 3–7 business days.

Print Orders Prints are custom-produced by our professional printing partners and ship within 3–5 business days. Orders ship directly from our printing partners to ensure the highest quality handling.

Original Artwork Original artwork ships directly from our studio within 1–2 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Original artwork can also be picked up locally at Lorenco's Salon — simply select Local Pickup at checkout.

Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Issues If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out with your order number and we'll help track it down.

Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to modify addresses once an order is placed.
