Free Shipping Offer

  • We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states)
  • Free shipping applies to both prints and original artwork
  • Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional shipping fees

Processing Times

For Print Orders:

  • Orders are processed and produced by our professional printing partners (Artelo and Finer Works)
  • Standard processing time is 3-5 business days
  • Orders ship directly from our printing partners to ensure the highest quality handling

For Original Artwork:

  • Original pieces ship directly from our studio
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days
  • Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery

Delivery Times

  • After processing, standard delivery within the continental US typically takes 3-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and current shipping conditions
  • Expedited shipping options are not currently available due to our print-on-demand model

Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking information
  • Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order ships
  • Print orders will receive tracking from our printing partners
  • Original artwork will receive tracking directly from our studio

Shipping Carriers

  • We use reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Carrier selection is based on package size, destination, and optimal delivery route
  • Our printing partners may use their preferred carriers for print deliveries

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping
  • We currently ship only within the United States
  • This policy includes US territories outside the main 48 states

Package Protection

  • All artwork is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Prints are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat packaging as appropriate
  • Original artwork receives additional protective packaging
  • Insurance is included on all original artwork shipments

Multiple Item Orders

  • Items may ship separately if ordering both prints and originals
  • Print orders may ship from different facilities depending on size and specifications
  • You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment

Shipping Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order
  • We cannot modify shipping addresses once orders are placed
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded
  • We ship to both residential and business addresses
